Team Z Motorsports offers a bolt-on light weight hinge kit for composite doors on 79-93, and 94-04 Mustangs. These hinges are designed to bolt-on to the factory hinge mounts, and allows easy removal of your doors by lifting them off the hinge pins. Our hinges are TiG welded aluminum, while our mounting brackets are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum to provide lightweight and high strength. Our hinge pins are made from 316 stainless on our CNC Lathe and Mill to ensure dimensional quality and fit. Due to dimensional variation among composite door manufacturers, some modification may be required. Please note: These hinges are designed to only be used with lightweight composite doors, they are not intended for use on any stock or steel doors. – OFF ROAD USE ONLY.
